Who We Are

txt-a-stkr is a custom pet sticker service operated out of Berkeley, California. We create and ship personalized pet stickers ordered via text message.

Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect the following:

• Your phone number (from your text message to us)
• Your pet's name and photo (provided by you via text)
• Your name and shipping address (provided via our secure payment page)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to fulfill your sticker order. This includes creating your custom stickers, processing payment, shipping your order, and sending order-related SMS messages (previews, confirmations, shipping updates).

We Do NOT

• Sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
• Send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages
• Share your phone number with any third party other than our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages related to your order
• Store your payment card information (Stripe handles all payment processing)

Data Retention

We retain your order information (name, address, phone number, pet photo) for up to 12 months after your order is fulfilled, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing help@txtastkr.com.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Twilio — SMS/MMS messaging delivery
• Stripe — Secure payment processing

These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Service Description

txt-a-stkr creates custom die-cut pet stickers from photos you provide via text message. Each order includes 6 stickers featuring your pet, shipped to your door for $10 (shipping included within the United States).

Orders & Payment

Orders are placed via SMS conversation. Payment is processed through Stripe. All sales are final once your custom stickers have been printed. Since each sticker sheet is custom-made from your photo, we cannot resell returned items.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Estimated delivery is approximately 3 business days from when your order is processed. We are not responsible for USPS delays.

Refunds

If your stickers arrive damaged or there is a significant quality issue, contact us at help@txtastkr.com and we will work with you to make it right — whether that's a reprint or a refund.

Photo Guidelines

Please send a clear, well-lit photo of your pet. We reserve the right to ask for a better photo if the original is too blurry or dark to produce quality stickers. We do not accept inappropriate or offensive images.

SMS Communications

By texting our number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages related to your order. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Consent & Opt-In section for full details.

Intellectual Property

By sending us a photo, you confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it. We use your photo solely to create your stickers and do not claim any ownership of your images.

Limitation of Liability

txt-a-stkr is a small family-run sticker business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order ($10).
